Indiabulls Real Estate Limited (NSE: IBREALEST) is involved in the business of real estate project advisory, project marketing, maintenance of completed projects, engineering, industrial and technical consultancy, construction and development of real estate projects and other related ancillary activities. This is one of the largest real estate companies in India with a well-diversified presence in both commercial and residential real estate development and has projects across the price spectrum, from mid-income, premium to the super luxury space. Incorporated in 2006, the company’s strategic focus is in key markets of Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), National Capital Region (NCR) in India. Indiabulls Real Estate posts 75% decline in net profit at Rs 122.69 crore in FY20; against Rs 500.33 crore in the year-ago period.
