Markets rise. Markets fall. Signature works both ways.

The market falls. Now what?
A long-only portfolio has one move in a falling market. It waits.
Long-only trader
Can only wait.
Capital idleMost investors, and most advisory services, only buy, our own Swing Trading included. That works only while stocks rise. But markets don’t rise in a straight line. Some of the clearest setups form on the way down, when weak stocks keep getting weaker. A long-only trader sits those weeks out, capital idle.
Signature member
Sells first, buys back lower.
Capital at workSignature gives you the other half of the market. When a stock is set up to rise, we tell you to buy it. When it’s set up to fall, we tell you to short it. Either way, you have a plan, a stop-loss, and us beside you until the exit.
Why trade the US alongside India, long and short?
In India, buying is easy but shorting has limits. In the US, you can do both freely, in any size, in the world’s deepest market.
No limits in the US
Long or short, any quantity, in most liquid stocks.* Even one share.
Deep liquidity
The world’s deepest equity market, so positions get in and out cleanly.
Global exposure
Access to global, high-quality companies, not only Indian ones. One research desk, two markets.
| Feature | India | United States |
|---|---|---|
| Long and short | !Long is easy, short is limited | ✓Both, with no such limits |
| Fractional shares | !Not possible, whole shares only.E.g. 5 shares, not 5.37 | ✓Buy or short a fraction of a share.E.g. 5.37 Apple shares |
| Stocks you can buy | ✓Any stock | ✓Any stock |
| Stocks you can short | !Only F&O stocks | ✓Most liquid stocks* |
| Short quantity | !Fixed lot size, set by the exchange | ✓Any quantity, even less than 1 share |
| Add to a short later | !Fixed lots only, so averaging is hard | ✓Flexible, e.g. 500 now, 100 more later |
| Holding a short for longer | !Futures, with expiry | ✓Simple short, no expiry |
| Market depth and liquidity | !Thinner in mid caps, and some stock futures are illiquid | ✓World’s deepest market, no such liquidity issue |
*Subject to your broker’s borrow availability. For swing trades held 1 to 3 weeks.
Size: you decide, or the lot decides?
Buying is flexible in both markets. Shorting is flexible only in the US.
How many stocks can you short?
Illustrative, not to scale.
India for what India does well, the US for what only the US can do, and one research desk choosing between them for you.
Global exposure does not guarantee profit. It broadens the opportunities considered, but market, currency, broker-access and execution risks remain.
Long vs Short
Short selling is buying in reverse. Sell first, buy back lower, keep the difference.
LONG ▲
Expect the price to rise
SHORT ▼
Expect the price to fall
Every call has a StopLoss, so the maximum planned loss is known before you enter. Illustration only.

of a ₹25 lakh account. That is the cost of one trade setup at your minimum capital.
What your ₹2,500 buys
Research across two markets, filtered into one complete, timestamped trade plan, personally finalised by Arijit Banerjee. Follow-ups until exit.
You pay for research,
Not results.
The fee is the same whether a trade hits target or stop-loss. Anyone who charges for results sells a promise no one can keep.
No monthly plan.
No lock-in.
A subscription pushes advisors to justify the fee with calls. Paying per trade setup removes that pressure. Cancel by email any time; trade setups not yet sent are refunded.

Signature is not for everyone.
We would rather be honest now than disappoint you later.
A good fit if you
- Have ₹25 lakh or more of your own capital, before any leverage
- Value your time and want a few strong calls, not a daily stream
- Can act on all four: India long, India short, US long, US short
- Want to stay in control of your own accounts and orders
- Accept that not every trade idea works; that is how trading is.
Not a fit if you
- Want intraday or day-trading calls
- Want someone to manage your money or trade for you
- Want guaranteed returns. No one can promise that
- Want only India calls, or only long calls
- Trade with borrowed money, or money you can’t lose
All-or-nothing service scope: Signature is a combined India + US, long + short service. You cannot select only Indian long calls or only US short calls. Any purchased advice may be an eligible recommendation from either market and either direction, based on the strongest available setup. You must have the relevant market and trade-type access to act on it.
Questions worth asking before you pay
Before You Join
What exactly is Goodluck Signature?
A pay-per-trade-setup service from Goodluck Capital. Each trade setup is a complete long or short plan on a single Indian or US stock, sent to you on WhatsApp only when we see a high-conviction setup, with guidance from entry to exit. You order a minimum of 5 trade setups at ₹2,500 each, and any number above that.
How do you select the trade setups?
We use price action analysis, proprietary indicators and screening tools to find setups with a clear entry range, target and stop-loss. We start with the risk: every setup is built around where it is wrong, before we look at how much it can make. Arijit Banerjee, CMT, CFTe, with 16+ years in the markets, finalises every setup. If a setup is not strong enough, we do not send it.
Why is there no free trial?
Because one or two free trades prove nothing. Any stock can hit its target or its stop-loss in a few days by pure luck, and that tells you nothing about the advisor behind it. Instead, we show you every call we have published, timestamped on TradingView: winners and losers, in rising and falling markets. Judge us on all of them. If you still want to experience the service, start with 5 trade setups. That is the full service, not a trial.
How can I judge you before I pay?
Open our Signature Track Record. Every published call is there, long and short, winners and losers, timestamped on TradingView. TradingView fixes the date, time, direction and price of a call once it is published, so nobody can change them later. You can check any call yourself, from the day it was advised to its exit.
How is this different from your Swing Trading subscription?
Swing Trading is a monthly subscription of long-only calls on Indian large and mid caps. Signature adds the short side and the US market, and you pay per trade setup instead of per month. They are separate services; you can take either or both.
How much can I expect to make?
We cannot promise any return, and no honest advisor can. Markets are uncertain: some calls will reach their target and some will hit their stop-loss. Every call has a stop-loss, which sets your planned maximum loss before you enter. It limits risk but does not remove it, and a loss can be larger than planned because of gaps, slippage or low liquidity. Past trade records do not guarantee future results.
Why do I need at least ₹25 lakh?
Trade setups arrive across two markets and both directions, and a single Indian stock-futures lot can need a large position on its own. With less capital, it is hard to spread risk across several open trades and size each one sensibly. The ₹25 lakh is your own capital, before any leverage. Leverage can increase profits, but it magnifies losses by exactly the same amount.
Does the ₹25 lakh include margin?
No. The ₹25 lakh is your own capital, not borrowed money and not counting any leverage. It is a suitability threshold, not a promise of profit or protection from loss.
I am an NRI. Can I join?
Yes. Many NRIs already hold US accounts, which makes the US side simpler. For India trade setups, you will need an NRI trading account enabled for F&O. Please confirm the details with your broker.
Do you manage my money or trade for me?
No. We are a SEBI-registered research analyst, not a broker, custodian or portfolio manager. Your money stays in your own accounts, and you decide the position size and place every order yourself. We will never ask for your login, password, OTP or funds.
Markets and Accounts
What do “long” and “short” mean?
A long trade setup means buying a stock we expect to rise. A short trade setup means selling a stock we expect to fall, then buying it back lower. You can profit both ways if the setup works. Both carry risk, because a stock can move the other way, which is why every call has a stop-loss that sets your planned maximum loss before you enter.
Can I short US stocks while living in India?
Yes. Shorting needs a margin-enabled account, and there is more than one way to do it. Some platforms give you direct access to US stocks, while others let you go both long and short on US stocks through futures. Approval and access depend on the platform you choose. Once you order, we will guide you step by step on how to set it up, so you can trade the US market in both directions. Please also consult a qualified tax advisor if required. The decision on your own account is yours.
Which brokers do you suggest?
For US long trade setups, most US-investing platforms available in India work. For US short trade setups, only some platforms work. These include certain brokers, and certain crypto (VDA) exchanges that offer US stock futures, where you can go both long and short. After you order, we will guide you on the right option and how to set it up.
Can I take only India calls, or only long calls?
No. Signature is one combined service. Each trade setup comes from wherever the strongest setup is, Indian or US, long or short, with no quota for any market or direction. Join only if you are willing and able to act on both markets and both directions. If you cannot access a market or direction, you may not be able to act on every setup.
Which stocks do you cover?
India: liquid NSE and BSE large and mid caps. India shorts are only in stocks with futures in the F&O segment. US: liquid NYSE and NASDAQ large and mid caps. No penny stocks.
How are Indian short ideas structured?
Indian short ideas are swing trades in individual stock futures only, and only in stocks that have futures in the F&O segment. Futures come in fixed lot sizes set by the exchange. We do not give index-futures trades, intraday shorts or short ideas in cash shares.
Do you give intraday or long-term investment picks?
No. Signature gives short-term swing trade setups only, usually held for 1 to 3 weeks. We do not give intraday calls, and we do not manage money or place trades for you. For long-term investment picks, see our Investment Advice plan.
Why no index calls?
An index averages strong and weak stocks together. We work on individual stocks, where the setup is specific and the stop-loss is clear.
How Your Trade Setups Work
When will I receive calls?
On WhatsApp, one call at a time. Whenever we find a high-conviction setup, we send it to you. Indian calls generally arrive before the market opens (9:15 am IST). US calls generally arrive before the US market opens (9:30 am New York time), at around 7 pm IST. Most calls are sent before market hours so that you can plan properly. Rarely, a trade idea is sent during market hours.
What is included in each trade setup?
The stock and its direction (long or short), entry range, target, stop-loss, expected holding period and position size guidance, with a short reason for the pick. After that, you get follow-ups on WhatsApp until you exit: when to book profit (full or partial), cut a loss, add more, or revise the target and stop-loss.
Do I need to watch the market all day?
No. Trade setups arrive before the market opens, the entry range stays valid for the trading week, and each update tells you exactly what to do next.
Do I need to act the moment a call arrives?
No. Every call has an entry range that stays valid until the end of that trading week. Enter at any price inside the range. It is recommended not to enter outside it. Pre-market and after-hours prices do not count. If the stock stays outside our entry range, we count that call as invalid, and you lose none of the trade setups you paid for.
What counts as inside the entry range?
Only prices traded during regular market hours count: 9:15 am to 3:30 pm IST for India, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm New York time for the US. Pre-market and after-hours prices do not count. If the price trades inside the entry range at any point during regular hours that trading week, the call is valid.
What if the price never reaches the entry range?
We count a trade setup as valid only if the price comes inside the entry range. If it never does, the call is counted as invalid and is not deducted from your balance, so you still receive the full number of trade setups you paid for.
How long does a trade usually last?
Usually between 1 and 3 weeks, sometimes longer, depending on market conditions. This is not intraday trading.
Can I share the calls?
No. Calls and updates are for your personal use only. Please do not forward, share or resell them.
Pricing and Refunds
Is there a subscription?
No subscription and no auto-renewal. You make a one-time payment for the number of trade setups you choose. When your balance is used, you decide whether to order again.
How many calls will I get each month?
There is no fixed number. This is pay-per-trade-setup, not a monthly quota. A quiet month may bring 2 or 3 calls, a busy one 10 or more, and if no setup meets our criteria there can be a period with no new call. We never send a call just to fill a count.
Do I pay if a call hits its stop-loss?
Yes. You pay for each valid trade setup, whether it reaches its target or its stop-loss. You are paying for research and a complete trade plan, not for an outcome. A trade setup is counted only if the price comes inside its entry range, irrespective of whether you take the trade or not.
Do unused trade setups expire?
No. Trade ideas you have paid for stay in your balance until we have sent every one of them. A call whose entry range is never reached is invalid and is not deducted from your balance.
How do I pay?
At secure checkout on goodluckcapital.com, by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or direct bank transfer. Your order is activated once payment is confirmed.
How does direct bank transfer work?
Choose Direct bank transfer at checkout and place the order. This generates your Order ID, which you use as the payment reference, and shows our bank/UPI details. Your order is processed once the funds have cleared in our account.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes. WhatsApp or email us at any time to cancel, and we will stop sending any fresh trade setups from that point. You will be refunded on a pro rata basis for the trade setups we have not yet sent. Trade setups already sent are not refundable.
Can I order more later?
Yes, any time. Each new order is a minimum of 5 trade setups.
Markets will rise and fall.
Be ready for both with Signature.
No demo, no trial, no daily noise. Only high-conviction setups, and our full record to judge us by. When you are ready, join.
